Photos: The photos you take using Good Flic cameras. These might include faces, locations, or other personal information depending on what you photograph.

Your Name: The name you enter when joining a party. Just your first name or nickname — whatever you want to be called in the group.

Email Address: Party hosts provide their email when creating a party. Guests can optionally provide their email when submitting feedback.

Party Information: Party name, reveal time, and which photos belong to which party.

Technical Data: Basic stuff like your browser type and IP address, logged by our hosting provider (Vercel) and storage provider (Supabase).

We use your data to:

• Store and display your photos in the party gallery
• Show who took each photo
• Send you to the right party when you click a link
• Count down to the reveal time
• Automatically delete photos after the retention period

What we don't do: We don't sell your data. We don't show you ads. We don't train AI models on your photos. We don't share your photos with anyone except the people in your party.

24 Hours After Reveal: Photos are automatically deleted 24 hours after the reveal time. No exceptions. That's the whole point — ephemeral memories, not cloud hoarding.

Want to keep them? Download your photos before the 24-hour window ends. Once they're deleted, they're gone forever. We can't recover them.

Anyone with the party link can see all photos in that party once the reveal time passes. Think of it like handing someone a disposable camera at a party — everyone at the table can flip through the photos.

Party links are not listed publicly anywhere. The only way to find a party is to have the link. Don't share the link with people you don't want seeing your photos.

You have the right to:

• Download your photos anytime before they're deleted
• Request early deletion of a party you created (email us)
• Ask questions about your data

For EU users: You have additional rights under GDPR, including the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Contact us at the email below.

We store photos on Supabase (enterprise-grade cloud storage) with industry-standard encryption. Party links are randomly generated and hard to guess. But remember: anyone with the link can see the photos.

If you think your party link has been compromised, contact us immediately and we can delete the party early.

We collect email addresses from both party hosts (when creating a party) and party guests (when submitting feedback).

How we use your email:

• For hosts: Send party photo notifications and hosting tips
• For guests: Send updates about Good Flic features and improvements (opt-in only)
• Notify you about special events or beta opportunities
• Respond to your feedback or support requests

Your email privacy:

• We will never sell, share, or rent your email address to third parties
• Your email is stored separately from your photos and party data
• You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time via the link in every email
• EU users have the right to request deletion of your email address
